I/We fully understand and accept that consistent with the Grant Policy Guidelines that funding of the Ministry approved total amount will be paid further to the Grantee’s execution of the standard Grant Agreement with the Ministry.

I/We fully understand and give full authorization to the Ministry to utilize any and all of the submitted media elements (photos, video clips, and audio recordings) for archival, reporting and promotional use. I/We further warrant that I/We have all the necessary rights, licences and approvals to grant such authorization to the Ministry.
